Welcome to Golden TCG ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from this website (the "Site"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Products Sold
We sell sealed trading card game products, including but not limited to Pokémon (English, Japanese, and Chinese), Magic: The Gathering, and other TCG products, in original factory-sealed condition unless otherwise stated.
No guarantee of contents: Because our products are sold sealed and unopened, we do not guarantee, represent, or warrant the specific cards, pulls, or contents inside any sealed product. Product images are for reference only and do not represent guaranteed contents.
2. Account Required to Purchase
You must create an account and be logged in to add items to your cart and complete a purchase on this Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. Orders placed with a non-U.S. shipping or billing address will not be fulfilled and may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
4. Order Verification & Fraud Prevention
To protect against fraud and payment disputes, we document every order prior to shipment, including photo/video of the packaged item, the shipping label, and the recorded package weight, tied to the order ID. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this documentation practice, as described further in our Privacy Policy.
5. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final except in the following cases:
The item arrives damaged
The item is not what you ordered (wrong product/listing error)
To request a return or refund under these circumstances, contact us within [insert number, e.g. 48 hours / 7 days] of delivery with photo evidence of the issue. Claims made outside this window, or without supporting documentation, may not be eligible for a refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with sealed product contents (see Section 1).
6. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.
7. Promotional Programs
From time to time, we may run promotional programs (such as our "Bounty" program) offering additional items or rewards subject to specific conditions stated on the relevant promotion page, including submission and verification requirements. These programs are offered at our discretion and may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, product names, and card game properties referenced on this Site (including Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and related brands) are the property of their respective owners. Golden TCG is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these companies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden TCG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase of products, including but not limited to secondary market value of sealed product contents.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
